At Polish Pottery Outlet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your artisan-inspired fashion and accessories. If your selection doesn't perfectly complement your style, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer to ensure they remain protected.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
